My career journey has been shaped by diverse and rewarding experiences that I’m deeply grateful for. From serving in the military as a COMSEC Specialist, later stepping into leadership as an Information Security Officer, and working as a Solutions Architect, I built a strong foundation rooted in discipline, security, and designing solutions that make a difference. I then spent years in the field as a Customer Service Technician, serving commercial, healthcare, and K–12 sectors. I installed and serviced telecom, pro AV, card access, security cameras, fire alarms, clocks, networks, PA systems, and threat notification systems. My van became a rolling library of manuals, and my laptop overflowed with PDFs—but my mission was always clear: exceed customer expectations every time. That commitment led to a strong record of success and the opportunity to travel and share strategies with other companies—passing along the lessons I learned firsthand on the frontlines with customers. Today, with the power of AI technologies and my background in mobile app development, I’m combining all of these experiences to fuel my passion for efficiency, communication, accountability, and teamwork. Through Core Consultor and the Field Technician Assistance platform, I’m excited to help organizations strengthen their operations and empower their teams. I’m also honored to be recognized as an Authorized Resource for the NSCA, further aligning my work with industry leadership and best practices.
