Core was formed to acquire high-quality, diversified, strong-yielding oil and gas mineral/royalty assets with upside. We are a fully integrated acquisitions company that leverages its internal brokerage operation to generate organic deal flow using our proprietary marketing processes and the broker network. We will be primarily focused on properties producing current cash flow with significant upside provided by future drilling.
