She has a proven record of delivering successful change management initiatives, within complex stakeholder environments, across a number of industries including retail, hospitality, government and the utilities sector. With extensive experience across all facets of human resources, Marsha knows all too well the impact that poorly executed change can have on a business. Her goal with every project is to mitigate disruption and maximize employee adoption. For the last 10 years, Marsha has worked as an Organizational Change Management lead for multiple technology transformation and IT cyber security projects within the utility, banking and government sectors.
