Welcome to Core Pilates and Wellness My goal is to help you obtain the state of being healthy in body and mind. Core Pilates offers instruction in Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training and Nutrition. Pilates - I teach Pilates the way that Joseph Pilates intended, following the system of exercises and philosophies originally developed and taught by Joseph and Clara Pilates and handed down to protégé Romana Kryzanowska. Through my teaching I strive to help clients understand their bodies and work beyond their perceived limitations. I can help people at all stages in their Pilates journey from beginner to expert. My goal for you, as my client, is to help you reach your personal best - physically - by attaining strength, flexibility and control. Personal Training - Physical fitness is the organic condition of the body which enables an individual to use his/her body in activities requiring strength, muscular endurance, cardio respiratory fitness, flexibility, coordination, agility, power, balance, speed and accuracy without undue experience of fatigue and exhaustions. It may also be defined as the ability to carry out daily tasks with vigor and alertness without undue fatigue and with ample energy to engage in leisure time pursuits.
