Principals Josh Henderson and Justin Pedley are uniquely qualified to act for owners in the development and delivery of all project types, as they understand all roles that are typically performed in a capital project. Combined, the two have acted and led projects acting in the role of general contractor, owner’s agent, and the Engineer of Record. This wide and varying depth of knowledge of these various roles allows Core to lead projects as the Owner’s Project Manager exceedingly well, as we know and understand the keys to success of all parties involved in a project.
