At CORE, we partner with organizations and community businesses to provide individuals with disabilities vocational training in real-world environments. This allows our participants to learn the skills needed to achieve independence. An untapped labor pool – People with disabilities represent a large, underemployed labor pool. In the general U.S. population, 54 million people, or approximately one in every six individuals have a disability. Reducing training and recruitment costs.
