Corestruc’s innovative precast-concrete solutions are accelerating the delivery of high-quality water-retaining structures; grandstands for sports stadia and community recreational centres; bridges; and buildings. For more than two decades, we have perfected our processes across the entire prefabricated concrete value chain. Absolute control over the total system, including accurate manufacture and rigorous quality control, tight transport logistics planning, and efficient rigging processes, provides us with a strategic competitive advantage. Our value proposition is not only that we build concrete structures quicker and, thus, provide significant savings in construction time and costs. We also do so safely and in a sustainable manner. This is considering the efficiency of Corestruc’s processes which reduce work-at-height time and the smaller embodied carbon footprint of our structures. Furthermore, our robust precast-concrete structures reduce maintenance and repair requirements over their entire long useable lives. By working alongside our skilled and experienced teams, black-owned mid-tier contractors have also been able to diversify into new growth markets. In this way, we are also an active and proud participant in the transformation of the larger South African construction industry, adding further value to our clients’ infrastructure delivery programmes. Through ongoing innovation, we have been able to proactively respond to the ever-changing demands of modern custodians of infrastructure by harnessing the inherent benefits of precast concrete. And by constantly testing the perceived limitations of precast concrete, we keep getting better at what we do. These processes have earned many industry awards, not least of which are two prestigious Concrete Society of Southern Africa 2025 Fulton Awards. This includes for our stellar work in constructing Africa’s first precast-concrete water tower.
