CORHIO manages one of the country’s largest and most successful health information exchange (HIE) networks, provides advisory services that help healthcare professionals effectively use technology and improve care delivery, and supplies health plans and accountable care organizations (ACOs) with valuable data that enhance analytics and population health programs. The CORHIO HIE network includes broad participation from physicians, hospitals, safety net clinics, laboratories, public health, behavioral health, long-term care, home health, imaging centers, emergency medical services (EMS), health plans and ACOs. The network enables data exchange for more than four million unique patients.
