Cissel II has worked for over twenty years in various real estate functions, including management, construction, advisory, facility planning and management, brokerage and development. He has represented and advised well over 100 different public and private companies such as Mitsubishi North America, NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc., Wachovia Securities, FTP Software worldwide, CMG Information Services, Inc., and TUV America along with a number of other high technology, service firms, along with many different non-profits and religious organizations such as Redeemer Presbyterian Church, Park Street Church, Gordon College, Campus Crusade, The Salvation Army. While at CRF Partners, Inc. and Fraen Real Estate Corporation, Mr. Cissel had consummated over three (3) million square feet of lease and sales transactions and designed projects for more than 80 companies with an aggregate value of over $500 million dollars. This included projects in over 50 cities and 12 countries. In 2002 Mr. Cissel and Eric Keyes started Cornerstone Advisory Services, LLC, a full service commercial real estate firm, and have since done more than 750,000 square feet of purchase, leasing and disposition work totaling in excess of $400 million of aggregate transaction value. In addition to building purchase & leasing, the firm has completed numerous parcel and land assemblies for churches and non-profits. A core focus of Cornerstone has focused on advisory & counseling work within the real estate industry for non-profits, schools and religious organizations like churches and para-churches.
