We are a faith-informed nonprofit based in Western Massachusetts, dedicated to helping working families cut through the confusion of health insurance, medical billing, and pharmacy access. Too often, families fall into gaps: earning too much for public programs yet still struggling to afford premiums, medications, or unexpected medical bills. CHA provides trusted navigation, advocacy, and education services that make the healthcare system more understandable, affordable, and accessible. Our team brings nearly 25 years of expertise in health insurance advising, paired with a community-first approach rooted in compassion and integrity.
