Cornerstone Strategies is a boutique consultancy providing tailored strategic support to NGOs and foundations primarily in the Asia-Pacific region. Its' founder Andy Cornish left an international leadership position in WWF to establish Cornerstone Strategies in late 2022. He draws on more than 17+ years real-life leadership experience in the NGO and consultancy sectors, and thrives on assisting NGOs and foundations to achieve their goals efficiently. He has been the independent assessor for several large national and global programmes, and facilitated strategic planning sessions for a number of NGOs and SMEs in Hong Kong. He has also been an advisory panel member / grant reviewer for various foundations. Andy has a keen interest in group dynamics and the strategic planning process. He facilitates with humour, transparency and flexibility, while also drawing on his extensive experience to stimulate discussion and ensure that outcomes are useful and on-point. He also has a particular passion for targeted advocacy as a tool for achieving transformational change, and has led a number of successful campaigns.
