Cornwall Compliance Ltd advises and manages the statutory compliance responsibilities to schools and commercial organisations throughout Cornwall. Our founder David is an Incorporated Engineer (IEng) and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (ACIBSE). He has worked in local government in Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical engineering capacities for in excess of 35 years and is also a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT). His unique background spanning Building Services and Architecture has enabled David to personally support many schools and Council organisations during his employment as Senior Contracts Manager at Cornwall Council. His professional approach and knowledge of the County’s schools, compliance legislation and the ability to lead in reactive breakdown maintenance means that David is highly regarded amongst Contractors, Schools and the Council within Cornwall. In addition to schools Cornwall Compliance supports private and corporate organisations locally and nationally with their compliance responsibilities and assists in the management of their property portfolios.
