We report to you based on your recruiting procedures and will present the most highly qualified candidates for your consideration. We schedule interviews as requested. Following interviews we debrief both clients and candidates for feedback. For candidates in the final stages of the interview process, we will contact references and report our findings to the client. We provide follow-up support by monitoring the performance of placements to ensure that we continue to deliver candidates that add value to your organization.
