The company has a long history of designing and supplying bespoke kitchen and front of house fabrications ranging from sinks and tables to hot cupboards and servery counters. All canopies and ductwork systems are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of B&ES specifications DW/172 for kitchen ventilation systems and DW/144 for sheet metal ductwork also backed by our ISO 9001 accreditation. All types and models of kitchen canopy , manufactured to meet the clients wishes or the specific site demands. With in-house capabilities to offer the complete commercial kitchen ventilation package including consultation/design, manufacture, supply and installation we will be involved from planning to handover. Corsair Engineering can also offer odour control systems incorporating the latest technologies, gas interlocks and fire suppression systems, service distribution spines/units (SDU's) for enclosing and housing all the general services associated with todays modern cooking equipment along with hygienic wall cladding.
