Our New Jersey location specializes in casino gaming, hotel, night club, and small restaurant projects. Our New York location specializes in education (K-12 and higher). With such a broad range of market experience, Corsi Associates also offers experience collaborating on LEED certified projects. Starting out as a one-man operation from a garage in 1983, Corsi is now one of the largest foodservice consulting firms in the country, producing over 190 projects per year. The Corsi team comes from all backgrounds—operation, design, installation, and technology. We integrate traditional design principles with modern technology, like 3D floorplans, virtual walkthroughs, and realistic digital renderings.
