Cortec LED has combined many years of experience in LED lighting with the latest LED technology to create innovative products and solutions. Our Flexiblue laser machine is the only one of its kind and size (up-to 3000 x 1200mm) here in the UK. When we were having this machine developed we invested £250,000, researching the process. We have the most efficient and fastest laser etching machine in Britain. Combined with our specially de¬signed patented dot matrix system we can ensure the greatest percentage of light being harvested. This gives us a cost advantage over our competition. Our back-lit products are illuminated using our advanced LED Light Sheet. We are experienced in illuminating a wide variety of materials. Including Marble, Granite, Printed Vinyl & Fabric. With our extremely fast laser, we can laser etch Logos, Text or Images. The versatility of light sheets allows us to create a huge range of panel shapes, using hundreds of different effects, with a myriad of different colours. The options are only limited by your imagination. The medium has hardly been explored so challenge the humble light sheet with new and creative ways of using it. We manufacture a range of bespoke feature lights that can be shaped to suit any application. They can be manufactured in a number of different materials, like our Slimline aluminium box section lights with coloured LEDs lighting upwards to create eye catching features. We have developed a range of wall mounted easy use pockets, starting at 200mm x 500mm up to a giant 3000mm x 1200mm. The pocket are only 15mm thick right up to the maximum size. The focus being on ease of use, a simple to change image to give you flexibility and continuous interest in your message. With a super bright, even light across the whole pocket we can achieve photo realistic images using Duratrans, a printing process developed by Kodak.
