With over 40 years experience and an extensive supplier network Cortman Textiles are able to supply and source a vast array of fabrics both stocked and to-order. We are experts in polyesters and Nylons but have the unique ability to work with customers in achieving their specific fabric requirements. With our in-house coating plant we are uniquely positioned to work closely with customers in order to meet their specific requirements whether that be; PU Coating, Fire-Retardance, Anti-Bacterial, Anti-Fungal, Breathability or Minimum Friction. Cortman Textiles are also proud to hold 'key supplier' status and supply fabric into the MOD contract supply chain. Over 200,000 metres of material has been delivered in a single year which is woven and printed by our strategic partners in the UK and coated in-house. This allows us to provide the optimum capability for our valued armed forces. Aside from our contract to supply MTP we are proud to be one of the UK's largest suppliers of camouflage fabrics, we currently have a library of over 200 and are experts in IRR (Infra-Red Reflective Performance). Cortman Textiles have also developed and supply our own all-terrain camouflage pattern (Erebis) which is very popular amongst customers. We can also work with customers on an individual basis to develop unique camouflage patterns. In addition to the military we supply into (to name a few) the medical, Industrial and workwear sectors, and support customers who are manufacturing a vast array of products which include (but are not exclusive to); Rucksacks, Tents, Sleeping Bags, Windsocks, Vehicle covers, Patient lifting, Dog beds, harnesses, hot air balloons, groundsheets and everything in-between.
