Costich Engineering, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture D.P.C. (CE) is a Professional Design Corporation, Small Business Enterprise, and a woman owned business offering Civil Engineering, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture services to the public and private sectors in and around Rochester, New York, Upstate New York, Pennsylvania, and throughout the north-eastern region. Our office is located in downtown Rochester, at 217 Lake Avenue, and has been since we opened our doors. The firm is now in its third generation of Costich leadership, guided by Sarah Costich King, R.L.A. as President/CEO and Michael Ritchie, P.E. as Vice President. The firm was established in May of 1977 by Charles J. Costich, P.E., L.S. In the mid-1980’s, his sons Mark R. Costich, P.E. (former President) and Charles J. Costich, III, L.S. (former Vice President) joined the firm to head up the engineering and surveying departments. Our firm expanded its service offerings to better suit the needs of our existing and future client base by the formal addition of a Landscape Architecture department. CE currently has a staff of 40 which includes multi-disciplined engineers, landscape architects and designers, CAD designers, field inspectors, land surveyors, GIS specialists, F.A.A. licensed drone pilots, support personnel and summer interns. We are a family business with highly motivated staff that strives to exceed client expectations.
