About CoSynth
CoSynth is a recently founded spin-off company of the OFFIS - Institute for Information Technology in Oldenburg, Germany. The company focuses on tools and services for the design of embedded hardware/software systems. Our mission is to eliminate the classical border between hardware and software, making true codesign also available to engineers with little or no experience in digital hardware design. Our methodologies and tools are based on the widely-used and industry-standard design languages SystemC and C++ enabling easy integration and migration of existing software algorithms into application-specific embedded hardware/software solutions. Our tools integrate smoothly with existing third-party tools thereby extending and not replacing your existing design flow. Our main target technology are programmable hardware devices, i.e. FPGAs, providing the flexibility and performance for best-fitting yet evolvable hardware/software solutions for your application.
