We provide vendor-independent IT services to the Association Industry. System selection, CIO Service, Project Management, Data Migration and more… COTIQU stands for COst, TIme, QUality, the three constraints that act upon every project. Engaging only the best, our Founder and Principal Consultant of COTIQU is John Walker. John is a certified member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and an AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager. John has been working in the IT industry for over 30 years, 18 years of which were spent living in Germany and consulting on systems projects throughout Europe spanning development, architecture, infrastructure projects, application projects and project management. He brings a strong commercial lens to the projects and solutions he implements, working within budget to scope, select and implement systems that reduce inefficiencies and deliver measurable gains in productivity.
