Cotswold Cattle Company is a food and farming business dedicated to regenerating landscapes through collaboration, regenerative grazing management and creating the worlds best burger. Our farming operations focus on building natural capital in line with the business objectives and unique context of the individual landowners that we partner with. The UK is one of the most biodiversity depleted countries in Europe and we are losing top soil, soil carbon and our ability to produce nutrient dense food from resilient farming systems at an alarming rate. We are on a mission to help reverse this at scale. Alongside our farming operations, we are building a food brand intent on producing the worlds tastiest smash burgers that have been curated using our own regenerative beef, whilst collaborating with other local producers to deliver on the integrity of the ingredients across the whole product. You can find us at food events, pop-ups and available for private hire. Cattle Co is co-owned by Silas Hedley - Lawrence & Luke de Marco. Silas is an agro-ecological coach, consultant & educator working with farmers and organisations to build functional, resilient farming systems. Luke is a management consultant with a background in entrepreneurship ranging across food, farming and aviation services.
