Cotswold Fayre markets, sells and distributes a large range of speciality food and drink to independent food halls, delicatessens, farm shops, convenience stores and garden centres in the UK and Ireland. We have 2,000 customers, 250 suppliers and over 3,000 products including seasonal lines. We have pioneered the growth of fine food retail supply in the last 15 years. Whilst we are primarily known for British products, where there isn't a good British alternative we import in the "best of the rest of the world". We are always looking for great new products, certainly always welcoming discerning new customers, and several times a year enthusiastic new staff. The tremendous success of the company is down to creating a great place to work and one that focuses on changing the world for better in the following ways: * Supporting small artisan food brands who make proper food with real ingredients * Supporting local independent retailers at the heart of their communities * Supporting our own local community in Reading * Being a great place to work for our people * Massively reducing vehicles on the road by consolidating brands * Being Carbon Neutral from August 2019 * Supporting a small rural community in Western Kenya Earlier this year we won the prized Thames Valley Business of the Year 2020.
