We provide evidence-based treatments to reduce the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation and specialize in adapting treatments to support individuals across a large spectrum, including those with limited communication, and cognitive and sensory challenges. Areas of practice include: Anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, stress, family conflict, parenting strategies, learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and developmental disability. Approaches to Psychotherapy: Dialectical Behaviour Informed Therapy (DBT) Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Services may be covered in full or partially by private health insurance programs.* Check your policy for details. In-person and online psychotherapy Initial consultations are free *Reduced fees may be available based on individual needs or circumstances.
