About Counselling Services

I offer a therapeutic space where each client’s being is fully held—where they can explore the many layers of self, the tensions between who they are and who they long to become, and the ways they move through relationships and the world. My counselling practice is an invitation to pause, reflect, and make sense of one’s inner and outer landscapes in a way that feels authentic and deeply personal. Rooted in an integrative approach, I draw from Person-Centred Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, among other modalities, to shape a therapeutic experience that honours the uniqueness of each individual. My work is especially attuned to neurodivergent experiences, supporting autistic individuals, those with ADHD, and their families, as well as those seeking to navigate change, loss, identity, and connection. I see therapy as a relational process—one that unfolds through dialogue, presence, and deep listening. Whether working with individuals or parent-child dyads, my focus is on fostering a space where clients can explore, heal, and reconnect with themselves and others.
