About Counting Sheep Project

The Counting Sheep Project is a Singapore-based ground-up that aims to translate sleep resources and information into fun and accessible forms such as workshops, games, tools and everyday products. We are dedicated to improving sleep wellness, and making sleep education accessible for everyone. Supported by the National Youth Council Singapore, Counting Sheep began as a YAC project aimed at improving the sleep quality of local youths and young adults. We have since expanded our scope, from engaging professionals such as Social Workers, as well as families with young children through family service centres. We design each workshop and sleep tools/resource with an evidence-based approach, translating existing sleep research into accessible information and actionable steps that everyone can take. Our style blends creativity and interactivity, incorporating games and unique activities like our Sleep Tarot cards in sleep education.
