County Energy Controls, Inc. (formerly “County Pneumatic Controls”) based in East Quogue, New York, has been exclusively in the business of installing and servicing Energy Management Systems (EMS/BMS), Automatic Temperature Control Systems (ATC systems including direct digital controls/DDC, electronic and pneumatic) in the Long Island area since 1977. Our main focus is installing and servicing Johnson Controls Facility Explorer™ DDC Energy Management Systems in retrofit applications and/or new construction. The system allows the end-user to monitor and control an array of equipment through a web-based graphical interface. We have engineered, installed, programmed, commissioned and optimized hundreds of these systems. System surveys, design or retrofit consultations and detailed test/inspect services are also available. We are well versed in the installation, service and rehabilitation of various electric/electronic and pneumatic temperature control systems. We are Johnson Controls factory trained for DDC, electronic and pneumatic installation and service. All new work is backed by a one-year guarantee on materials and labor. Customized service contracts are focused on the various (DDC, pneumatic, etc…) Energy Management Systems, which allows the service to pay for itself in energy savings. System surveys, design or retrofit consultations and detailed test/inspect services are also available. Our outstanding reputation was built on years of excellent service and professional expertise.
