County Seat Realty was a new business in March 2011, but our sales associates were not! Together we have many years of experience in the real estate field. We enthusiastically chose to join together to start a new office in order to better serve you! Gloria McGraw is the Owner and Designated Broker; Becky Maxim (Associate Broker), Larry Karno (Sales Agent) and Pam Barker (Sales Agent) have joined to help this become the BEST office in town. All of us represent Buyers and Sellers, use technology to the utmost benefit to you, are actively involved in our community and do the very best we can to help you sell or buy your property. This is the biggest purchase most people make in a lifetime; we aim to make it a pleasant experience by ensuring that all information is known to you and that all aspects of the transaction are handled legally and professionally. Communication is key!! And thanks to lots of people trusting us with selling their home or finding them a home to purchase, in just two years we outgrew our original office on Anson Street and moved to our new office on Main Street in Farmington. We strive to go above and beyond for our clients! We host classes for new buyers, offer opportunities to meet casually with bankers, attorneys, appraisers, etc., and will host property Open Houses for the public or other real estate agents. We also offer property management/rental services. If you have a great house to rent, we have prospective renters inquiring often. We would work hard to qualify potential tenants before renting your house to them! We have many listings in our office and also have the ability to sell all other companies listings. We can find the perfect place for you! Our door is always open and the coffee or lemonade will be ready!
