I set up Courage2Be in 2017 whilst training as a Psychotherapist. During the past 7 years my clinical practice has continued to evolve which has enabled me to grow and learn not only from continual training and practice but from my clients themselves. Having supported 1000's of courageous individuals, families and young people over the years, I have observed many repeating patterns, blocks and barriers that we struggle to overcome that impact our resilience our happiness our calm, our relationships and our success. These observations have led to the development of 'Courage2Be.me'.... a successful inner transformation therapeutic coaching program for adults and parents who struggle to show up as the version of themselves that they would truly love to be. This is a hybrid program that combines online learning and 1:1 therapeutic coaching to be able to offer a unique and bespoke approach to your specific barriers, whether that's anxiety, low confidence, negative thinking, fear of failure or just feeling lost or not enough right now. This hybrid approach combines Psychotherapeutic and Coaching theory to support the results you are looking for within a 3-6 month commitment, depending on your needs and level of trauma that is impacting in the here and now. Key values for me within the transformation and services I offer are transparency, honesty, integrity and trust. Each client's needs are put first within the BACP Ethical framework that I work to and I feel so lucky and privileged that this work is purpose and soul led for me. I couldn't imagine doing anything else. The ripple effect that these transformations have for individuals, relationships and the next generation of children is my why and I loe that I get to show up every day serving people in this way.
