About Courageous Communication

I provide Communication/ Relationship Coaching and Consultation to people who want to be able to say what is on their mind in a constructive and respectful way. I work with Individuals (parents, people looking to change careers or a relationship) as well as with Organizations (leaders, teams). No matter who my client is we explore how their current communication strategy and skill set is and is not in alignment with their values and most deeply held beliefs. Then we go to work, building on their strengths and replacing their weak spots with new thinking, new skills and a deeper understanding of human behavior, emotional intelligence and what truly courageous communication is. I am outcome oriented and very practical in my approach. I get out of bed in the morning excited to to help my client's achieve their goals; whether it is a positive bottom line or a stronger connection to their teenager. In either case, results are realized when my client is able to live with More Love and less fear.
