The Court of Arbitration at the European Judicial Chamber (EJC) was established in June 2012 as an independent, permanent arbitral institution based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The Court’s main objectives are to provide a flexible, quick and cost-effective procedure and help create conditions for the preservation of good relations between the disputing parties. The Arbitral College consists of university professors as well as law practitioners with wide range of expertise in different jurisdictions. The Court predominantly settles proprietary civil and commercial disputes, both of domestic and international nature.
