The first fully customizable mobile client manger, CourtFact provides solutions for public and private entities that work with offender populations. With the mission of providing alternative solutions not before found in the court system, CourtFact strives to make monitoring compliance and communicating with clients easier than ever before. From industry leading facial recognition login to first-of-its-kind attendance verification compliance monitoring, CourtFact has built solutions to problems that courts actually want to address. We started out by interviewing courts and agencies in multiple states and reviewed their interactions with clients at all stages of the judicial process to comes up with solutions that courts and agencies desperately needed. Instead of developing software applications and tools then telling a court how to implement them, we instead sought out input directly from these agencies and they tested our products through every step of development. In a way, our court and agency partners actually helped design the solutions they needed. Today we are proud to offer four different platforms; two dedicated to clients to make their journey through the process easier, one for courts and agencies so they can more easily and efficiently manage and review client compliance and one for private Service Providers so that they can own their client's data instead of their suppliers. With a product solutions for each group, we truly build "Tools that inspire success!"
