Courtland Construction can tackle any tough municipal infrastructure challenge. Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about heavy equipment, earthmoving, and underground pipelines. We work hard with integrity and dogged determination. "I started Courtland Construction and began building Vermont infrastructure in 2005. Courtland is my first name and is a family name that has been passed down through many generations of Vermonters. Despite degrees in Civil Engineering I passed on a traditional engineering career path in favor of working outside, working hands-on, tackling tough challenges, tough job sites, and ending long days both physically and mentally tired. Our team is made up of similar-minded individuals who have skill, determination, and grit. While we’ve grown since those initial years, we’ve focused more on refining our craft. As one employee likes to say with a laugh and a smile “we may not be the best, but there’s not many out there who do it better.” From laying waterlines to building roads, infrastructure is our game and we strive to find the quickest, safest, and most efficient ways to do it.
