We are a community that offers three levels of care: apartments for independent living, assisted living and a special neighborhood for memory care. CourtYards at Pine Creek encourages and supports independence while offering Assisted Living Services personalized to meet individual needs. We offer Alzheimer's/Dimentia Care and Respite services in addition to Assisted Living. Our belief is that our residents deserve the very best personalized care at an affordable rate. Founded in 1986 by Alan Kinsel and Jim Ameri, Kinsel Ameri Properties, Inc. manages four assisted living facilities located in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California. Two of the facilities, Emerson House and Emerson House at River Pointe, specialize in the care of individuals with memory impairment. The third facility, Maplewood Gardens, provides both independent and assisted living services. The fourth facility, Courtyards at Pine Creek, provides independent, assisted living and memory care services. Kinsel Ameri Properties, Inc. acquires, develops and manages multi-family properties and assisted living facilities on behalf of its principals. The Company has acquired and/or developed over 5,000 units of multi-family apartments along with its assisted living facilities.
