Cousins Business Law is a firm of commercial solicitors advising SMEs and family-owned businesses. Working closely with all clients, our lawyers have a firm understanding of commercial business issues as well as legal ones and provide practical legal advice. The firm employs only specialists in their given area of law, knowing that generalist lawyers are not able to give detailed and specific legal and business advice. All our lawyers are senior solicitors; they would be partners in a traditional law firm, but Cousins Business Law does not run on this model. Instead of running and structuring the business for the benefit of ourselves, we run the business for the benefit of our clients – which means we operate on a virtual model. So there are no expensive town centre offices; instead our lawyers will come to you or meet at a mutually convenient location, if indeed meetings are necessary. Serving clients throughout the UK Operating a virtual model means we are able to work for clients around the UK and in fact also international businesses with commercial disputes or undertaking business in England or Wales. There are no secretaries and junior staff handling the work, which means you get the best possible service and advice. Although different in this regard, we are regulated and authorised like any other law firm. We are a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
