About Cove Counselling &

Founded by Kirsten Sherlock, MC, RCC, CCC & Maria Fabiano, MC, RCC. We are a collective of independent Registered Clinical Counsellors and Healing Arts Practitioners who believe in the power of community and compassionate care. Our space was created to feel warm, inviting, and supportive—because counselling should be a place you feel comfortable coming back to. For Clients: Whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship changes, or simply seeking deeper connection with yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. At Cove, we believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. Our practitioners offer personalized, trauma-informed care in a space designed to help you feel at ease, understood, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels right for you. For Practitioners: At Cove Counselling & Co, we’re more than just a shared office space—we’re a community. We operate as a collective rather than a traditional clinic, which means that each counsellor runs their own independent practice while benefiting from a supportive, like-minded network. When you join with us, the license agreement includes a fee either based on half days or full day bookings for office space and collective benefits through our membership option, such as a profile on our website and socials, access to referrals, monthly team meetings and the flexibility to see clients online outside of your in-office days. Our space was created with connection, collaboration, and care in mind. We believe that therapists thrive when they feel supported, which is why our team is made up of incredible clinicians from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about their work and about lifting each other up.
