In 2016, we celebrated our 50th anniversary and ever since we were founded, we have worked tirelessly to develop a broad range of services for people who experience mental health difficulties. We have played a crucial part in many significant changes to mental health services across the region and, over the years, have supported tens of thousands of people through our services. The core of our approach is to bring mental health out in the open - to work in partnership with people who have experience of mental health difficulties to provide a wide range of quality services, reduce stigma and promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
