Covr is a cloud-based, labor management software built for skilled nursing facilities by skilled nursing owners and operators. We’ve been in the industry for decades and understand all of the nuances of maintaining a proper level of care, all while saving money and keeping within a budget. In the Long-Term Care market, facilities are required to meticulously manage their labor force to meet required and/or necessary daily care hours by type (nursing, dietary, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, social services, health information and administrative services). Failure to effectively provide for and manage these hours daily can result in poor care, regulatory citations and/or fines, potential litigation, decreased operating margins, poor employee morale and poor reviews by residents and their families. Our Solution – Covr greatly enhances any facilities’ daily ability to get the right number of employees for every shift, for every hour of the day. Covr has a desktop management console that directly interacts with two companion Smart Phone apps for management and for the employees of each long-term care facility. The apps and desktop management console track, in real time, all the necessary labor calculations and management insights necessary to efficiently and effectively provide for the right amount of staffing each and every day, 365 days of the year.
