This involved driving the development and delivery of entrepreneurship focused programmes to various individuals and entities on a range of key areas related to the start-up and growth of SMEs. Lecturing since 2011, he has been involved the development and delivery of course content in topics including Idea Generation, New Venture Management, and Entrepreneurial Finance. In tandem with the above, Adwin has ten (10) years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial Banking with sound experience in portfolio growth, deal structuring and risk analysis. he holds an International MBA specialising in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He is also a Certified International Risk Manager and an Accredited SME Consultant through the American Association of Small Business Consultants.
