CP2 is a specialist customer experience consulting and training company founded by John Aves with a focus on just one thing - to help companies turn an undifferentiated customer experience into one that differentiates their brand, shapes their organisation and culture and drives profitable growth. All too often we see a gap between an organisation's core brand idea - what the company wants to be known for - and the reality of the experience that is delivered to customers. Our job is to help design and implement a Branded Customer Experience that delivers a consistent and also a differentiated experience to customers.
