CPS22 Is a family business and provides Engineering Solutions to companies which are caught in a Catch-22 situation. With continued pressure to reduce costs, departments or individuals may not have access to the resources (time or budget), flexibility or current skill-set to get to a solution quickly. Engineering Solutions means Design Concepts, Analysis, Manufacturing Drawings, Testing, Part Failure Review Evaluation (Root Cause Analysis), Supply of Prototype or Production Parts. CPS22 has access to a worldwide supply chain, but takes a strong stance on supporting local jobs and the envrionment. Where possible, reliable, quality focused UK or European based resources will be used. There will be an increase in your short term cost, but we are thinking about the long term cost to the planet. Sourcing parts from companies around the World which exploit our planet and their workforce will never be part of our proposed solutions. We can remove a bottleneck or create a marketing opportunity by developing a brief and then either independently or part of a team, deliver a solution that meets your requirements. Having the flexibility to pick our Projects we can assure any client that the necessary dedication will be provided, as quick as possible, working at short notice or long hours. The cost ... simple day rate plus expenses. Just a Purchase Order is needed. We can take any product requirement and either reverse engineer a current solution with modern materials and production techniques to minimise the cost for a particular design or innovate a new part or system with the minimum amount of material, at the lowest cost, to meet a particular requirment. From a 3 micron accurate mechanism, to a 17m telescopic boom, or a 500 tonne subsea A/R recovery system we can design, analyse, test and productionise the Solution ourselves or using Greg's 35+ years experience lead a team quickly to do it. We work with & supply terresterial, offshore and subsea materials.
