CR Construction & Renovation Solutions began in 2013 as Carolina Renovations. Our Founder & CEO, Toby Frye, began with a vision to provide a solution for real estate companies who faced challenges involved in rehabilitating and maintaining their acquisitions. Beginning in Charlotte and surrounding areas, we've grown beyond the bounds of our Carolina Home to include all of South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Nashville, Tennessee. But, we're not through yet! We've caught a vision that is ever-expanding; we seek to grow our company into markets all over the US and provide solutions to those that partner with us in this endeavor. Our goal is to provide solutions to Real Estate Investors who maintain portfolios that include both Single- and Multi-Family Rental Properties. We provide a one-stop-shop for the daily maintenance of these properties as well as providing turn and rehabilitation crews to restore these properties to as new when tenants move to different locations. It's a unique niche offering, but we've learned to do this well and we seek to be the best renovations company for our Clients and potential partners.
