Most people would know us as property developers. Based in Sydney and Canberra, we have years of experience in the acquisition, planning, design, sale / lease and hands-on delivery of large-scale buildings across multiple sectors, including significant experience in the successful delivery of high quality office accommodation for the Commonwealth Government. We are focused on setting new benchmarks for sustainable development – we wouldn’t do things any other way. We believe that good design doesn’t have to equal increased cost. In fact, we see good design as a driver for profitability. We collaborate. We understand derivatives, overly-complicated financial structures, legal documents, and stuff. We know that the phrase ‘strong risk mitigation’ is overused. We think a better way of putting it, is that we understand what can go wrong so we do everything we can to ensure it doesn’t. We are across every aspect of our business, all of the time. We only operate in sectors we know and understand. We know that relationships are one of the most important aspects of our business.
