Cranston Engineering Ltd is dedicated to all Project Engineers across the globe engaged in Traditional and New Energy Project Engineering. It is intended to provide readily usable tools and techniques to aid the practicing or aspiring Project Engineer in the performance of his/her responsibilities. As the Energy industry strives to become more effective and more efficient, our mission at Cranston Engineering is to provide you with the tools to become more effective in your role as Project Engineer. With the cyclical nature of the Oil & Gas industry and the associated volatile oil price there is an increasing focus on more effective and efficient completion of projects. Most Project Engineers become Project Engineers because they are self motivated and take the lead in resolving issues and completing scopes. These Project Engineers often have little formal training and coaching in project engineering and self learn based on support from other project personnel and hard-won experience. Imagine you do not have to take the traditional trial and error route and invest many years to gain competency as a Project Engineer. As a practising Project Engineer and Project Manager for over 30 years I understand the challenges faced by new entrants to project engineering and to that end have over a period of 10+ years, supported by a number of industry experts, developed the Project Engineers Toolkit. The toolkit will be offered in three ways; – Face to face training and coaching for small groups – A series of online webinars (Planned Release March 2020) – A 300 page textbook (Availible via website and Amazon etc online) The aim is to help you work smarter (not harder)!
