THE CRAWFORD SOLAR POWER COMPANY. Crawford Solar Power (CSP) is a business that is dedicated to bringing solar power to life by utilizing the transport sector. The purpose of our business is to profitably combine the utility-scale solar farm industry to the commercial electrified vehicle (EV) industry. Our purpose will be achieved by delivering solar electricity via a mobile energy storage system. The ESS will serve as the go-between from the solar farms to our vehicles via a network of EV charging stations. Marketing will be achieved through a youth program and a television show, and driver training will be realized with our unique Kyoto Carbon Rally (KCR). Our goal will be to collect data and eventually develop software, creating a unique database of solar electric vehicle operations using utility-scale solar farms. Sekou Crawford serves as the President and founder, and offers his services to lead this effort based on his humanitarian work with the Ghana Energy Commission, previous work with NASA solar power software management developers, and as a former Chief Technology Officer at a Japanese-Hawaiian solar company. Through a stable international vision including the Solar Decathlon Africa in Accra, women drivers in Atlanta and New York, and a strong supply chain from the Netherlands, China, and the United Kingdom, CSP will be a strong business. The business model should be supported from a variety of international communities that share a need for clean affordable transport alternatives. To date, CSP has spent more than 500,000 dollars for in-house development, and currently owns 11 electric vehicles. We have an existing agreement with the Ghana Energy Commission for research for Solar PV power recharging electric cars, and an invitation from the New York TLC to demonstrate an EV supply equipment (EVSE) solar charging station network. The latter has the potential to introduce over 4000 electric taxis in New York over five years.
