Cre8 Land and Planning is a specialist planning and development consultancy based in Manchester but operating across the UK. Set up in 2022 by Andrew Bradshaw former Head of Planning North for GL Hearn the business provides specialist planning and development advice to both the private and public sectors. We offer a full planning and development service from initial site search and promotion through to the preparation and negotiation of deliverable planning permissions and the preparation of funding bids. We work with independent land agents to identify land for new residential development working closely with landowners on an exclusive basis to promote land to our network of developers and housebuilders. We have an excellent knowledge of the regional Northwest residential land market and maintain good relationships with landowners and local planning authorities to help support the positive promotion of land for new residential development. We have a strong track record in town centre regeneration working in close collaboration with the public sector and other professionals to provide strategic planning and development advice to deliver creative solutions that deliver long lasting transformation for generations to come. We are experts at community and stakeholder engagement working in a collaborative way with local communities to help deliver quality sustainable development. We are passionate about design and the environment and look to work with like-minded people and organisations to deliver high quality long lasting sustainable places and spaces for the enjoyment of the whole community.
