We are a two-prong social enterprise, consisting of Cream City Conservation and Consulting LLC and Cream City Conservation Corps. Cream City Conservation & Consulting LLC: Through partnerships with local and national organizations, our consulting firm serves as a catalyst for change. We empower schools, environmental organizations, workforce departments and youth serving agencies to identify cultures and practices that inhibit diversity goals. Whether your intent is to attract top talent that mirrors the social identities of the communities you serve or create programming that is equitable, just and impactful, we can help. Through thoughtful workshops, coaching and individualized equity and culture audits, we will help you cultivate change agents within your organization and map out strategic plans for progress. Cream City Conservation Corps: We believe Milwaukee can be the thought leader in blue-green job creation. We believe our youth are not just our future, they are our NOW. Because of this, we believe in dedicating our work to creating equitable green career pipelines. Despite consensus from the "green community" that the advancement of our work is dependant on having a diverse representation of voices present, the environmental industry remains racially homogenous. While we have made great progress in terms of gender diversity, we have yet to move the needle on equity and inclusion of people of color. We have engaged hundreds of Milwaukee youth and young adults in hands on service to the land. From public green space revitalization to privately contracted invasive species removal, watershed management, green infrastructure and trail work: We are making a difference on the land and in lives.
