About Cream'wich
The Cream'wich ice cream sandwich is a combination of artisan cookies from our family business, Katella Bakery, and premium ice cream from our nostalgic ice cream shop, Manhattan Beach Creamery, both located in sunny Southern California. Founders Jessica Jordan & Zac Rothman married the cookies with the ice cream in 2012, and the Cream'wich was born and quickly became Manhattan Beach Creamery's signature item. The Cream'wich is a super premium ice cream with a dense, rich mouthfeel, top of the line quality; not pumped with air for a refreshing colder mouthfeel. Created with premium ingredients each sandwich has an artisan style with perfectly imperfect cookies. To meet extraordinary demand, we packaged the Cream'wich with an 'eat with your eyes' bag and began delivering it out of the back of our cars to local shops by the beach. Building relationships with local distributors and nationwide companies like Nestle, DPI & SuperValu; The Cream'wich has successful placements into over thousands of retailers ranging from Ralphs, Frys, Gelsons, Bristol Farms, Marianos to a large growth in the Pacific North West, Guam and Nevada food stores and becoming a recommended item in the LA region for 7-Eleven.
