About Create Calm

Create Calm is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing healthier, happier, and more connected communities through mindfulness-based behavioral health education. With over 30 years of experience in education, yoga and mindfulness instruction, and community development, our team strives to plant wellness tools in every community. Create Calm is particularly committed to supporting interactive experiential learning opportunities designed to strengthen connections and teach sustainable life skills to children and adults.
