We teach career practitioners how to use narrative psychology and storytelling interventions such as the Career Construction Interview (CCI) to help clients gain Clarity, Control, Direction, Confidence, and Purpose. Our classes combine cutting edge technology with live supervised practicum experiences to help you move swiftly and seamlessly from theory to practice. Our training differs from traditional approaches because: ✔️Our participants spend as much time in practicum as they do learning theory and concepts. ✔️Practicum allows participants to experience the Career Construction Interview as a: Career Practitioner, Client, and Observer. ✔️Practicum prepares Career Practitioners to immediately put into practice what they have learned, i.e., Practitioners will be able to use the Career Construction Interview with their clients the very next day. ✔️Class sizes are small, usually 6-10 participants, ensuring you get the individual supervision & attention you deserve.
