As an emerging biotech company, CBT currently focuses on the research and development of a platform of biological therapeutics for viruses and cancers, building on the extensive pharmaceutical experience and the commercialization/business experience of our founders. Currently, our research emphasis is on the viral mechanism of COVID-19 and the need for effective and safe treatments for late-stage disease including late-stage COVID-19 and variants of concern. While many suggest, that the COVID-19 pandemic is behind us, for those people that are immune compromised and/or suffering from co-morbidities such as advanced age, obesity, cancer, and diabetes their risk for continued disease will persist on a seasonal basis. CBT’s vision is to develop and market novel, non-toxic, biologic therapies to improve the lives of patients that have mid to late-stage diseases including viruses and cancer. We start where others fail and are committed to bring to market safe options to solve treatment vacuums that may exist for patients with limited hope. Our viral technology attacks these challenges for patients with low immune response where vaccines and other therapies may fail. As our lead anti-viral therapy is developed to move toward clinical trials, we continue our pre-clinical work in several drug resistant cancers to support future market entry for late-stage, recurrent disease. CBT is committed to deliver innovative therapies for patients with the most unmet medical needs where other therapies are ineffective.
